We were delighted to find the restaurant open when most of Gotland seems to have closed down for the season (already 9 August appears to be the general best before date). Great menu and friendly staff and spectacular outdoor seating with a view of the sea in the old lime kiln. Unfortunately the museum was closed, but one imagines it must be intriguing when it is open. There appears to be a narrow gauge railway with steam engine and all and a museum describing the methods of producing lime - once a source of Gotland’s wealth. Great place!
