I have visited here several times and never been disappointed. Food always fresh and tasty with a great daily specials board. Staff very friendly and efficient. This is a busy cafe so always book a table if going during lunchtime period, I always go there before 11am to enjoy something from the great breakfast menu.

Brigg Garden Center

Reviewed By NicolaD914 - Kingston-upon-Hull, United Kingdom

We always love a trip out to Brigg Garden Centre and usually make a proper day out (as we travel from the other side of the Humber Bridge) and have lunch there. However due to Covid 19 the restaurants are closed at present and it is a different experience at present! I had a faulty clock to return and did not want to delay so we had a morning trip out to the garden centre. It was a cold wet day so we were surprised how busy the car park was. There is a one-way system into the store at present, entering through an outside entrance into the outside part of the garden centre. We found it quite hard to get our bearings as it is such a large place. We managed to find the stand where we had purchased the clock and it was full of completely different stock so had to ask a member of staff. I had to walk around the one-way system twice in order to speak to someone and then get back to my husband! We went inside as directed to locate the garden clocks (and ask another member of staff in the process). We eventually found them. The exchange was easy and we managed to buy quite a lot of other items while we were there! Luckily the new clock is working well (dare I say like clockwork). It is one of the best garden centres around in my opinion.

Elsham Hall Gardens and Country Park

Lovely relaxing afternoon. Visited this gem of a place several times these past 3 years but first time this year. All H&S precautions in were in place. First time I noticed the children's play area - possibly new? All the children were having a ball there. A lovely relaxing place to feed the fish, admire the plants and see some birds and goats etc. A gorgeous relaxing walk with a fabulous tearoom (closed today). So glad we live nearby and can visit often.
