Main Street Children's Museum

The Main Street Children’s Museum suffered extensive water damage when a main sprinkler line ruptured in a privately-owned space above the museum area. Unfortunately, very little of the interior - including the exhibits - may be salvaged. Our team is working diligently to bring this spectacular space back to life. Please know that it is near and dear to our hearts and we miss its special ambiance. Please visit us at the Museum of York County, located at 4621 Mt. Gallant Road where the children’s museum staff are providing regular programs, along with additional special experiences. Our smallest members may continue to enjoy interactive fun in an expanded early learning space at this location. As additional information is available, we will update our website and social media.

Great place to sit and unwind. This is one of the many free things you can do in Rock Hill SC. When the weather's hot it's beautiful to just sit around the fountain and be cooled down by refreshing mist it sends your way. In the wintertime it's just a beautiful plaza with it's Christmas-themed lighted trees and the festive atmosphere. Stressed out? Shoot out to Fountain Park. Awesome for your soul!
