Orem is a city in Utah County, Utah, United States, in the north-central part of the state. It is adjacent to Provo, Lindon, and Vineyard and is about 45 miles (72 km) south of Salt Lake City. Orem is one of the principal cities of the Provo-Orem, Utah Metropolitan Statistical Area, which includes all of Utah and Juab counties. The population was 84,324 at the 2000 census, while the 2010 population was 88,328 making it the fifth-largest city in Utah. Utah Valley University is located in Orem. We had a family group of 17 with 2 rooms reserved. We had 5 teen-agers and one adult in Leonardo's Loot which gave the teens a chance to take charge and solve clues on their own with the adult offering help if needed. The group of 11 was mostly adults with 3 younger children in Crazy Hoarder's Attic. Both groups had very positive experiences and completed the puzzles before time expired. The teamwork and energy were the best outcomes. Our ages ranged from 5 years old to 66. Very family oriented and staff are committed to positive outcomes.

Free admission to view a beautiful and thoughtfully designed stained glass wall in the University library. It is well lighted in the afternoons when the sun is in the west. There are limits on the number of visitors right now. We have been there multiple times and enjoy it each time. The team that created the windows works out of a studio at Thanksgiving Point and a tour there is also interesting.

If you are in Utah, you must go see Spamalot at the indoor theater. I was visiting from another state and happened to be in town for the opening night. It was fantastic!! Honestly, such a great performance and a great way to spend the night laughing. You won't be disappointed!
