Manson is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Chelan County in the U.S. state of Washington. It was named in 1912 for Manson F. Backus, president of the Lake Chelan Land Company. Manson is located in the north-central portion of the state on the north shore of Lake Chelan, approximately 7 miles (11 km) northwest of the city of Chelan.

Had a great time tasting at here this afternoon. We sat on the patio and took in beautiful views of Rose Lake while doing a 6 wine tasting. Reed was a consummate host, offering detailed descriptions of the wine, the origin story of the winery, and tasting tips. We will be back!

Went wine tasting 1 year ago in Leavenworth. July 2019 with 2 of my friends. Ended up there a month later with seven of my friends. We came back the following July 2020 with three different friends and ended up becoming wine club members. Love the story of the winery. My favorite is the shameless hussy white and rose. Ended up getting' cute night shirts. No bad for a bunch of 50 year old high school friends

We were a group of around 15 folks . We enjoyed the tasting and bought lot of bottles to carry back home ! Great place with a beautiful view of the mountain and lake !

The owner and his wife are lovely people, the grounds are beautiful, and the tasting room is a 100-year old barn. I enjoyed every wine we tasted. They even had a mulled wine to enjoy on this sunny but cool fall day. Tasting fee is waved with purchase of a bottle.

We had such an incredible time at Succesion Winery. Their wines are some of the BEST I've had in a long time. We had our young kids and dog with us and were made to feel so welcome. Ordered the meat and cheese platter (plenty to share with 8 people)and enjoyed the view and live music. Can't wait to go back!

Wanted to celebrate wife's birthday with a nice family dinner. We choose Wapato Point Cellars because of prior knowledge and attendance. They take no reservations, but wine tasting is available and there is an outside waiting area with open grounds and kid activities (slide, merry-go-round-swings). The wait was minimal and we choose to sit outside because of two "antsy" little ones. Inside is darker and more intimate with excellent live piano music. Our hostess, Victoria (Vicky) was excellent. She suggested some meal choices and had a great idea to get the kid's meals starter early. Food was excellent in every respect. We had Steak fillets, Rib eye, sirloin, pork chop, vegan,pasta, etc. Everyone raved about the food and service. Wines were very good. Prices are moderate but not super high. Great place for a couples or family dinner. Highly recommended for a "step-up" dinner in a resort area. Special kudo to Vicky-she was wonderful.

Quite large, lots of machines. Free coffee and pop. Large parking lot. Actually an extremely large tent stucture. Very impressive inside.
