Grand Haven State Park

Reviewed By RavensChild66

If you are a motor-home enthusiast, this is the place for you as the park has camping right on the beachfront. The park itself is large and has access to large expanses of beautiful beachfront, with a bathhouse and food truck vendors onsight.

Grand Haven Lighthouse and Pier

Reviewed By 694joshw - Athens, United States

Easy walk out the pier, can't really tour/get into the lighthouse itself. Great views back at the beach and lake. A must-do while in Grand Haven. Be careful if you try and scramble up the large boulders from the beach to the pier - they are slick!

7. Tunnel Park

Tunnel Park

Reviewed By Cinda10 - Knoxville, United States

This is a wonderful park with a playground and picnic area - and when you walk through the tunnel you discover that you are right near the beach front of Lake Michigan! There are steps down to the sandy beach and you will find lots of places to set down your blanket or chair and soak in the beautiful views.

Mount Pisgah

Reviewed By PattiHunt - Roselle, United States

I noticed this in my AAA tour book and after tulip sight-seeing, decided to give it a go. After a short walk through some wooded area you reach a large stair and boardwalk system. Stairs are numbers by ever 25th one, if you check the lower right side of the stairs...the numbers are faint so look closely. Thankfully, there are benches placed for weary climbers to rest a spell and look out over Lake Macatawa. The view of the sand dunes and Lake Michigan is worth the climb, along with the satisfaction of succeeding.

The Musical Fountain

Reviewed By RavensChild66

Vacationing in Grand Haven isn't complete without the Musical Fountain. If you are staying in town you can see/hear it from most of the condos near downtown, or they have lawn and stadium seating available as well.
