TERRIBLE, FAKE ROOM PICTURES, RUDE STAFF, UNWELCOMING
Reviewed By JoshuaPratavieraWORST EXPERIENCE of my entire life. Lets start from the fact that I booked a studio, which had 4 pictures displayed on booking when I reserved it. One was a beautiful SEA VIEW terrace, the only terrace picture they had for that particular room. I arrived, checked in and the room was on the first floor, which already worried me about the view, in fact the terrace was facing the roof of a medium sized shed. no trace of the sea nor a decent panorama, so I called the reception to complaint, and the explained me that NONE of the studios had sea view, so this is the first fraud of this place. I was so angry that they upgraded me to a one bedroom apartment (spoiler alert, still no sea view) facing a multi level garage.I booked with Booking genius with 10% discount that disappeared in between I looked at the room and I clicked to book it, but about that im dealing with booking.com. It is worth mentioning the extremely rude receptionist (man) whom upon check in, after he asked me to pay the room, I handed him my credit card and when he had my card in hand he barked "YOU ALSO NEED TO GIVE 500 FOR THE DEPOSIT" and waving my own credit card in front of my face "DO YOU HAVE ENOUGH". I tried not to react in order not to stress out my wife that was so embarrassed standing right next to me. The same receptionist never ever said hello nor goodbye when we were passing through reception for the all 8 days we stayed there and this also applies to the other guests staying there. The other receptionist (woman) was not really much better this to explain the low quality of this place, when I kindly asked her if there was any other in room internet option as the WIFI they have has a very weak security and I couldn't use it to work, she replied "NO" no options, no apologies, nothing. The cooker in the room was not working and everyday we called for assistance at before lunch time and they were coming to the room after about 1.5 hours and this problem kept repeating every single day. after check out I asked to have the General Manager Email address to explain him my experience, but they refused it to give it me, they gave me a generic hotel email to request to speak with the GM, obviously I've emailed and no one ever replied.

Reviewed By ajiWe are staying here for the last six months. Everything is good except for the outdated air conditioning and furniture. It's an old building but well maintained. Except for one arrogant office staff, all are very good. Maintenance staff are always on the move and attend to the complaints within no time. The health club has quality facilities like a gym, jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna and steam. Our only issue is we get a food smell in the room if anything is cooked in the kitchen. Upon complaining, we were told no one else complained, so there was no support from the maintenance team. The Bin Mahmoud area is somewhat expensive than the pearl and lugsail. There is a courtyard for kids to play, walking, etc. It's safe enough inside the apartment. I hope we find a solution for the smell in the room so that we can continue here.

Most rubbish hotel ever/ NEVER stay

They put a very loud annoying music in hole way and even if u calll them 100 times they will stop it and play it again after few minutes (this happened today 18/8/2019) i called him 5 times an still the music is ON. U cant sleep in this hotel. Hotel is extremely dirty and old, even when u speak to their management they wont upgrade u to a better room (find pics attached), he refused changing my room after seeing these pics. Room service is very bad ( they make ur room twice a week in 5 min max and leave) Very small parking and its impossible to find space in weekends. No sound isolation in rooms at all, u hear the doors slams , and very annoying house keeping sounds. And u hear everything around u with these thin walls they have. Not comfortable place at all. (You CANT SLEEP) They also wont allow food delivery to come upstairs and its a nightmare until they send it to u by their security. NO Value for money at all in this place, stay away from it.

Reviewed By MMG_QatarI stayed there for long term, the apartement was good but it was a terrible experience, thanks to being next to two locations for public works, which means unbearable noise 24 hours per day, and it turned out that no one has a solution for it, no one can stop the company operating two public works bases next to the hotel, and that the public works will continue for months. Avoid at all costs at least until they remove these public works bases, or at least to stop them from working at 2:00 am.

BUILDING IN HORRIBLE CONDITION, KEEP AWAY!!!
Reviewed By NikolaS812I don't even know where to begin. First of all, the photos that you are seeing on the internet are from the time when building was new, which was many years ago. Building is in awful condition, maintenance is even worse, so far, in the few months we have been here there has been a leak in the bathroom, the Air Conditioning Units haven’t been cleaned for years, and therefore are constantly clogging, so we need to call them every 10 days to fix them. The facilities are in a terrible state, 2 months ago while I was swimming in the outdoor pool, a huge part of the concrete roof fell down straight into the pool, and missed me for a few inches! (see the pictures) I was shocked, so I called the Building Manager and told them to deal with this issue immediately, because we are paying for the facilities, which he (Mr. Salah) assured me that they will. Not only did they not bother to fix the problem, they didn’t even close down the pool, and there are children still swimming in it, unaware of the danger! The ceiling above the indoor pool is peeling off as well. Because of all above mentioned, I am writing this review so that others won’t get fooled by this ruin of a building and its reckless management! Not worth it at all. We are counting the days until we leave. It’s very disappointing and a shame that a building in such a great location is so poorly taken care of.

Dans le centre ville il est bruyant des ventilateurs de clim sur le toit (52 db). En ce qui concerne le petit dejeuner leger il s agit d un plateau repas servi dans la chambre il faut prevenir 20 min a l avance ( jus d orange en bouteille, pain fromage oeuf. Parking : stationnement gratuit dans la rue surveiller par le personnel. On ira dans cette hotel pour le prix, pas la qualite Ps : forte odeur de cigarette dans le salon English : WebActualitésShoppingVidéosPlus Francais : Hotel pas tres agreable nous avions la suite familiale ( 2 chambre cuisine salon). Hotel ... Plus Hotel not very pleasant we had the family suite ( 2 bedrooms living room kitchen). Hotel old and usee , dirty aparence he did not , and very usee Wash . Resturant with varieties are perfect match. Housekeeping department is very supportive especially Aldin. We will visit again soon. Thanks! Keep it up.

Terrible and dishonest Management
Reviewed By MrTomatoeI stayed long in this hotel, it is relatively clean and friendly staff. as usual there are ups and down and you have to take it easy with some inconvenient stuff because you can not change where you stay every few days.The service is poor and most important the management is below standards. The hotel is not managed professionally, you feel like you are renting from a landlord and not from a professional hotel. The management all they care about is collecting your money and charge you as much as she could.Even when they have reduced the renting prices and advertise it in the internet they don't tell you and they keep charging you higher price. I complained one time to the management about the TV channels that they have missed it up and i was told it will be fixed..and for nearly a year it has not and every time i ask what's happening..i get all the silly and childish excuses in earth and nothing was fixed. The WIFI is the worst ever you can experience and with hundreds of times of requests to improve the service and nothing improved. I got stuck in the elevator and the hotel manager response to this accident was..its normal it can happened anywhere and it is not my fault (always not their fault..who's fault then?) This arrogant response and absolute no care for resident safety was more than enough to end my stay at this what called a hotel and moved to stay somewhere else, and how come a luxury hotel (as they advertise) offer once a week cleaning? I am quite disappointed with this place and I won't recommend it to any one.
