I recently did the 3-day detox program at Yogarden and it was excellent. I felt like a new person afterward, even in such a short time! The team at Yogarden is fabulous, and so were all the fruits and juices... and I enjoyed the wide variety of yoga class styles offered while I was there. I definitely recommend it for anyone, with or without yoga or detox experience.

During my last stay on Koh Samui (9 days) I took the morning practice with Era for 8 days! Her teaching is based on deep knowledge of the philosophy of yoga and the body anatomy! She is a wonderful person, a beautiful soul and I can totally recommend to join her classes. Her way to explain the poses and the body work guides you to a deeper experience of what you can do, let’s you move a big step forward in your practice! And she always puts philosophy into the practice which makes it even more deep and beautiful! I‘m already dreaming of my next stay to join again Era‘s classes!

Anantara Lawana Spa is known for its best spa. I usually go to Anantara spa for massage for relaxation and rejuvenation. The atmosphere and the scent of the oil were all relaxing. Thank you very much spa team and most specially Khun Mint, spa therapist. Khun Mint is amazing. She will usually take care and look after my requests from providing soft pressure massage to relieving the tension in my back. I highly recommend Anantara Lawana Spa. -Jenny Jane

After reading reviews and staying close by in Anantara really wanted to visit this place and so happy I did!???? What a GORGEOUS spa this is with so much attention to the detail!! The path leading to the spa is filled with streaming little waterways and that itself is super relaxing! There's a little koi pond at the entrance to the spa and whole complex filled with tropical plants just left me mesmerized! The design of the spa rooms and reception area is in French/Thai style ...very glamorous, elegant and beautiful. I got the The Third Chakra Ritual package with private jacuzzi time! Loved the Welcome snack and drink that was beautifully presented to me. I could choose the oil for my massage and there were so many to choose from!!! The massage was fantastic and jacuzzi was ace! Loved the fact I was able to hear waterfall feature and birds singing while being massaged and while in jacuzzi. Seriously soooo soooo relaxing! Wow! The therapist was great and very professional! And at the end received another drink and snack. When in Bophut area will be back again! Highly recommended to go there and also stop for a dinner afterwards at their restaurant by the beach-outstanding too!????
