Reviewed By Daniel KThe Hotel is located across the Main beach. this is not a new hotel but well updated with time. I would have rated the hotel very good if it was not for the following 2 point. 1) the price is very high 2) there is no WiFi in the rooms. The initial response was the floods but I had excellent WiFi reception from the beach??? The food in the Restaurant was very good.

Gee Wizz B & B is situated in the peaceful suburb of Freelandpark. We have beautiful sea view and river view. The accommodation can be rented as full 2 bedroom unit with own bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and lounge with dining area. We have 2 beautiful bedrooms upstairs with balcony and stunning sea views. The swimmingpool is also on the top floor with a deck to enjoy your sundowners. All bedrooms has there own tv's. There is a beautiful patio overlooking the garden where you can enjoy your own barbeque. We have ample safe and secure parking on the property. We also offer Shuttle service.

Reviewed By sandre180127The service was impeccable. The room was organised, functional, clean and comfortable. All the amenities were great and the breakfasts, different every day! were amazing. The pool was spotless with breathtaking views, and our hosts were warm , friendly, most obliging and so helpful.

Bare Feet Retreat is a small unique B&B situated in the beautiful neighborhood of Freeland Park, Scottburgh , 200 meter from the beach. The B&B offers a spectacular view from the main area and swimming pool over the warm Indian Ocean and Aliwal Shoal (one of the top 10 best dive sites in the world). The charming seaside town of Scottburgh is just a 45 minutes’ drive from Durban, along the picturesque KwaZulu Natal South Coast. The B&B has 3 rooms, two double (max 2) and one family room (max 4 people) and is set in a tropical garden offering secluded accommodation, high personal service and eye for detail. An ideal holiday destination for divers and mountain bikers, but also perfect for business people and those that just like to enjoy the peace and quiet of the beach and its surroundings. We offer rooms with and without breakfast and dinner can be provided on request (We cater for vegetarians and vegans). In the breakfast area is a microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery and each room has a fridge and kettle. Restaurants and shops are a 5 minute drive away. We are very focused on protecting our environment and encourage our guests to do so as well. We have used eco friendly paint, we recycle, we try to reduce the use of plastic and remove rubbish from the beach. We can also cater for vegetarians and vegans.

Reviewed By Gooi sReally nice, wonderful and hospitable hosts that do their very best to accommodate you and your wishes! Very nice, clean and modern rooms, swimming pool, breakfast area, lovely tropical garden, all in a small distance from the beaches, village with several nice restaurants, the beauty of Reneshaw, possibilities for diving, etc etc. Hope to visit them again in a not too distant future!

Great resort
Reviewed By edseedatA first-rate resort situated in one of the best KZ-Natal South Coast towns. The service, views from the apartments and amenities on site are excellent. Although the building and furniture needs modernisation, it remains a favoured destination for our annual holidays.
