A hotel near Disneyland® Paris, with easy access provided by the RER A, this B&B Hotel is not far from the SNCF train station at Marne-la-Vallée-Chessy, and it'is only 34 kilometres from the Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport. The A4 and A10 autoroutes can also be accessed very easily from our hotel. The hotel is located within immediate proximity of the DisneyParks® and the Val d'Europe shopping centre.

That point I asked them I want to buy some milk for my little one but they said I have to wait till 6 pm when bar would open, alternatively I have to go mini market which one is 24 minutes to go by foot. So we did not get any help from reception regarding little milk. This morning around 8.20 I been to reception and ask them We We traveled from UK and reached around 2.30. At reception they took 30 minutes to allocate our room though we were the only gusts though. That point I asked them I want to buy some milk for my little one but they said I have to wait till 6 pm when bar would open, alternatively I have to go mini market which one is 24 minutes to go by foot. So my baby did not get mild that afternoon. As their electric sockets are very different from uk I couldn’t charge my phone, so charge it through my power bank. This morning (30/05/22) I been to reception and asked the receptionist girl to charge it and she said she can take responsibility of my device. But they are taking 100s & 100s pound for the room price per night !!! I told her other staff charged my power bank previously and she replied- may be other staff from night shift but she can’t. Really felt hopeless when I left the hotel. Thanks for reading my review and before you book this hotel please try other options.

Reviewed By AnonReviewerAnonThe accommodations have a lovely design but are very tight in terms of space. You need to walk sideways around the bed! Most of our stay was pleasant, until I asked for an iron and ironing board. First, I had to go to reception to leave a 60 euro deposit and sign a document. Housekeeping was supposed to bring the iron and board after that, but they didn't do it until after we left the room to go to the park an hour and a half later. The next morning I used the iron and before leaving, I called just to double-check that they would return the deposit if we left the iron and board in the room. However, to my surprise, the receptionist said that we had to bring it ourselves to reception or they would keep the deposit! The distance to reception is long and the iron and board are a bit heavy and awkward to carry. They had the sense to have housekeeping deliver it to the room with their car, why did they impose on the customer having to hand it back in person!? When I made this comment to the receptionist, he became rude and wouldn't admit this was an inconvenience, then he hang up on me! At reception, we had to wait in a long queue to return the items and then it took us a while to convince them to give us proof that we had returned them. All this caused us a delay which meant we missed the "magic hour " and didn't get to the park until 9:30.

Pro: shuttle bus, early access to park and ability to wander to disney village (and back during the day). Staff helpful, Nice brekkie (but quite expensive really if not big eaters - might be worth looking at disney village for a smaller breakfast). Con: no drink making in room, no aircon - would be really unpleasant in a family room in the summer

Reviewed By alionwalesTook grandchildren here and what a amazing experience. Hotel decorated in the toy story theme which my grandson loved. Room was cleaned daily and based in a wild west town. We mislaid our disney park tickets and staff went out of their way to help us sort it. We booked breakfast and grandkids loved it.

Reviewed By LAH24The hotel is very large so expect it to be bustling! We arrived after midnight expecting it to be quiet but there were so many people. The illuminations and fireworks are 11pm nightly so that explained why. The Bay Boutique is open to 12.30am. Check-in was swift. The room was fine. It was spacious for a family of 5-two doubles and a sofa bed though we had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. Only 4 towels in the bathroom though. The beds were comfortable. The furnishings are worn but the beds are comfortable. I do think the hotel is over-priced for what it is. Breakfast was fine but busy. We ended up going to the part near the convention centre as it was less busy-croissants,pastries,cereals,eggs,bacon,smoked salmon etc. The coffee out of a machine wasn’t great-a cafetière would have been better. Concierge staff were helpful with a query we had. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk to the parks. Like the hotel entrance you have to pass through security scanners to enter which is good. We returned each day in the afternoons for a swim in the pool. Both the outdoor and indoor pools were warm, all that was missing was a slide. Room service was hit and miss. Our soap was taken and not replaced for two days. Only 4 towels were left out each day although it was clear we were a family of 5. Waters were only replaced one day. Dirty cups weren’t cleaned. It is very handy to stay here and it’s not far from the park but it is very expensive for what it is-definitely not 4 star. Drinks in the bar are very expensive.

Never going back
Reviewed By Ionela CExpensive for what they offer. Very old building that needs to be renovated. The painting was coming down from the walls and the smell in the room was like in an old, very used kitchen. We had to pay 300 € deposit for the rooms. Not mentioning that we reserved 3 rooms and there were cockroaches. Definitely doesn’t worth to go there. Other hotels near train station should be an option.

We had an issue in the room and staff and the manager on the day bent backward to sort out and fix ….restaurants in the hotel were great and would highly recommend the Manhattan restaurant
