Reviewed By Kirk FWe had a very nice stay here. Our room (#122) was spacious and well layed out. The king bed was exceptionally comfortable, there is a TV, refrigerator, safe, Keurig coffee maker, walk-in shower (with great water pressure) and a small desk. Internet is free and fast. The bath features high end (Beekman) soaps & shampoos. The hotel layout is also good with free parking in the front & rear. The hotel is right in “The Village” and next door to an outstanding restaurant (Masons).

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Reviewed By Dogsandcats3DON’T STAY HERE!!! The parking here is horrible for disabled. There are 2 spots for the entire building and really not enough other spots for the rooms. I had to park in in between two cars in handicapped spots. I am disabled and have a placard. Then I was called at 10 p.m. and told I was parked illegally and would be towed if not moved. Apparently I was actually in the loading spot for the handicapped spot, yet that was not clearly marked (at least in the dark). I was already in bed, so I went out in my robe and slippers to move it, I was greeted by a woman employee in the parking lot and I asked where I was supposed to park and she said there are spots behind the building and there was some back entrance. There were spots back there with semi trucks and RVs and then the back entrance had a flight of stairs, really?!? I hurt my bad hip and knee climbing them and got back to my room. I called the front desk to say I was not happy about this and asked if someone had complained and the same woman told me no, they just saw my car, then she tells me she thinks I hit the car next to me with my door when I got in to move it!! I know I didn’t and told her so, but she said I heard a definite “thunk”, so I asked if she had any proof, was there any of my paint on the car? She says she did not have a chance to investigate it yet, really, she was right there! I went back out to investigate myself and found the car had dings all along that side and nothing that looked fresh or my color paint, I took pictures. The room was not that great either, especially for the amount charged, the bathroom was small and dingy, like you’d expect in a Motel 6, the bedding was rough and a ratty blanket covered by a thin cover. I won’t be staying here again!! Many other choices around!

Reviewed By PennyAMEI love Pismo Beach but staying close to the beach is pretty unaffordable. This place is a great find. Close to the beach, lovely property and right off the 101. It's a quick 5 minute drive to Pismo. Highly recommend this property!

Filled with bugs, unsafe, and awful customer service
Reviewed By EmmyHJWhatever you do, DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are dirty and filled with bugs and dried blood on the walls. The soap bar had hair all over it, the doors don't even close all the way, and there isn't even a person on site to help you with anything. We felt incredibly unsafe while staying here and were even told that it was known in town for being a very unsafe hotel. It's amazing this place is even open, I wouldn't be surprised if they get shut down in the next year. Awful customer service as well.

Although ultra cheap the hotel is very clean and in good condition?I would recommend it to anyone looking for a really Inexpensive alternative in this area. There is an excellent restaurant next door and you will find the hotel/motel is not far to beach and the staff is anxious to help people. They’re very specific of times for checking in and out!

Reviewed By Carol MWe were evacuated from fire and looking for place stay.This arroyo village inn was all we could find late evening.This being cheap motel,65.00 usually. We were charged 350.00 .The man at window did not care.If we had not been to tired and desperate we would not stay in this little dump.This man should experience Karma.
