Cypress Frio Waters is located on the Frio River just 3 miles north of Leakey, TX off of US83. This is a family fun getaway for all to enjoy. We are open for all seasons! There are many activities with tubing, kayaking, canoes, swimming, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball, soccer, bird watching, hiking and many more activities. The river is about 75 yds. from the back porches of the cabins. Comfortable and nice accommodates with private access to the river.
Wonderful and Relaxing Experience

We have visited the property two times previously and still love the quietness and peacefulness of the entire experience. We would highly recommend for families who want to get away from it all, including screens and TV. There is also something very special about a cup of coffee by the river that is just magical.

Welcome to Oak Hill Cabins. We are a family owned set of 5 cabins on 8 Ooak covered acres in the Frio Canyon. Our cabins range in size from studio to bring everyone along! Each cabin has a full kitchen & bath, all linens are provided. We are located in Leakey, Texas, 7 miles from Hwy 83. We are also only 10 miles north of Garner State Park.

Reviewed By pandora51012Our host, Patty, was wonderful!! She goes above and beyond to make her cabins cozy and home-like. The large deck and propane grill were just perfect for our one night stay last week. I've never stayed in cleaner cabins in all my travels!!! She has fully equipped the kitchens with about anything you will ever need, unlike any VRBO we've ever stayed in!! The deer feeding station was an added delight! We even got to see a HUGE jack rabbit, and I do mean HUGE!!!

Camp Live Oak is 8 quaint but comfy cabins. The original 6 were built in the 1930's and have been renovated to bring them into the new millennium. They all have a feel-good-atmosphere and that relaxed Frio River ambiance. We're still owned and operated by the same family. So come and experience it all - Clear and Starry Nights, Wildlife, Birds, Hiking, Biking, Swimming, Tubing, Photographers' paradise.

Welcome to CYPRESS BANKS loding on the Frio RIver. Cypress Banks - Luxury Cabins on the Frio RiverWe have 2 three bedroom / two bath LUXURY log cabins and the Cedar Lodge located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country and Frio Canyon, right on the banks of the Frio River. All are on the banks of the beautiful Frio River among the century old Cypress Trees. We believe we offer a unique Texas Hill Country experience in the quiet, secluded surroundings along the Frio River. Each 2200 sq. Ft. Luxury log cabin has a native Limestone rock fireplace with a mantel made of Cypress wood from a tree which was on the property. The Spruce logs and exposed beams were shipped over 2500 miles from British Columbia, Canada. The Aspen which was used for the walls and cabinets is from Colorado. Maximum sleeping accommodations are for 10 people. The 3 bedrooms consist of one king, one queen, one with bunk beds and a twin with trundle. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the great room. We provide all bed linens and bath towels. Please bring your own river towels.
Perfect Place to Enjoy the Frio
Reviewed By ashleyw889I highly recommend Cypress Banks Cabins. The cabins are close to Leakey, yet secluded. The cabins are located on a secluded road which is right on the Frio river. They are located on a quiet location of the river. It is perfect for small children. There are some small rapids and several quiet spots. My seven year old really enjoyed it. You don't get all of the loud music and party-goers that we saw while at Garner. The cabin was nice and clean. Everything was provided, such as pots and pans, linens, coffee pot :), bug spray, firewood for the fire pit. Tom was quick to respond to all of my questions. I could go on and on. I wish I would have found this place years ago. We will certainly be back!

600ft beautiful private waterfront,Family oriented 2 bedroom 2 bath cabins with a fully furnished kitchen,BBq pits,fire rings,volleyball,horseshoes,swing set,central AC and heat.Beautiful year around, come enjoy,relax and have some great family time.

Reviewed By ezriderhdBeautiful, fun and friendly! What more could you ask for... The cabins are roomy and we'll outfitted. Two bedrooms with two full sized beds and two bathrooms. Everything you need is available in the kitchen and there's a grill of you want to cook out. We love taking our bikes and ride the Hill Country. Sunrise Ridge was happy to accommodate us and provides linens to bikers at no extra charge. The owners are on premise and happy to make sure everyone is comfortable. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else!

Best little spot on the Fro river!
Reviewed By HaleyRae420The owners are very nice and helpful, and we enjoyed the free live music they have playing every weekend! The RV park is the only one around that is actually super close to the water! While the camp is basic, the river is phenomenal! My family enjoyed splashing around in the Frio river. We also enjoyed hiking on the 400 acre mountain located right here at this camp! We didn’t have to leave all weekend except to buy more beer! We will 1000% be returning every year for the rest of time! Thank you thank you, Steven, Shelly, Billy and all the kids for making this a very memorable weekend!

Located on The Frio Springs, we have beautifully built lodges where families can enjoy the quiet scenery and relax among wildlife and a nice indoor or outdoor fire. Our family friendly pool is very accessible as well as our River Park. There is lots of room to ride bikes, fish, run or simply relax. We are pet friendly and enjoy getting to know our guests face to face. We are a mom & pop business with us and our 3 kids. We look forward to having you stay and enjoy the best Frio River Vacation!!

Reviewed By 508DeniseFHad a great week with my son and his family. Great property for the whole family. My grandkids loved the pool and fishing in the creek behind the property. The cabins were great and the beds quite comfortable. My grandson didn’t want to leave. Will definitely be back!
