Family run company established on 1905, producer of fine Balsamic Vinegars. The historical aging rooms are hosted inside a medieval tower, and are open to guided tours upon reservation (ITA/ENG). The free tasting of different aged Balsamic Vinegars is always available inside La Vecchia Dispensa's shop. If you are in the area of Modena you cannot miss this unique place! The perfect location upon the hill offers an stunning view on the vineyard. Their Lambrusco Grasparossa wines are the perfect explanation of the wonderful area of Castelvetro and their aceto balsamico are simply amazing! Thanks also to the knowledgeable and professional tour guide Nicole that contributed to make even more pleasant and unique our wine and aceto balsamico tasting! For sure I'll come back to try the other products I hadn't the opportunity to try.
