Vina Elena

At Bodegas Viña Elena we invite visitors to come and discover our facilities, sample our products and taste our wines, as well as offering visitors the chance to enjoy a day outdoors taking a tour of our vineyards. Viña Elena offers visitors the opportunity to taste our wines and, during harvest time, to taste the first grape musts of the season. Wine tastings can be accompanied by the region's traditional cuisine..

Visited for my husband’s birthday. Maria was extremely helpful and accommodating in organising our tour and light lunch (complete with pastries and birthday candles!). That the wines, olive oil and almonds were delicious and reasonably priced an added bonus! We’ll definitely be seeking out the Organic Monastrell in Waitrose when we return to London!

Bodegas Luzon

Bodegas Luzón is one of the main producers and exporters of quality wines of the D.O Jumilla, and one of its most historic wineries, producing wine since the mid-nineteenth century. At present we have more than 1,200 hectares of vineyards and 12,000 m2 of constructed area. The structure of the original winery combines perfectly with the stone, wood and glass, which make our winery a special place, which gathers the best of its past and incorporates the best technology and the best human team to produce wines with a strong personality. Wines full of personality, soul and life.

Bodegas Luzon asked if we wanted an English or Spanish guide before our visit and although they couldn't do the day we wanted we were happy to change dates.Although a 'group tour' they still put this on for just my wife and I. Excellent tour with our guide Patricia, who provided us with an wonderful insight into wine making at Bodegas Luzon which was established in 1916.The tour ended with a delightful tasting experience of excellent wines and we both felt privileged to have been shown around this historical site.Thoroughly recommend the tour if you are interested in history, wine making and wine tasting! We took our tour from a Groupon experience.
