Lahore Guided tours

Reviewed By devmind

Mr. Yousaf is a very pleasant person and very knowledgeable guide. I've learnt a lot of interesting and useful facts about Pakistan history and todays life. I had a tour to Rohtas Fort from Lahore with a transfer to Islamabad afterwards. All went smoothly. Would be great to have a bit more time for the fort, however road took a lot of time, so I cannot complain here. Need to mention Shahid's excellent driving skills, calm and measured, a great contrast comparing to organized chaos on Pakistani roads :) I felt safe and comfortable. Excellent communication before the tour, I got detailed answers to all my questions without any delays. I would definitely recommend the company and its owner for any activities in Punjab and Pakistan.

Khanpur Dam

Reviewed By ZahidQureshi - Islamabad, Pakistan

Hi, This is my first ever review inside my country Pakistan. Basically this is a small DAM but all the water sports and enjoyment is one three sides of the DAM called Khanpur lake. Well, while going almost 35 KM towards North East from Islamabad the capital of Pakistan, you come to the Khanpur city which is in district Haripur. Khanpur is a very nice place to visit along with your family. It comprises of the following features. • The lake of Khanpur • The powerboats riding • The water scooter riding • The Mosque about 200 years old • Parasailing • Paragliding There is an island in the center of the lake where you can chill and enjoy. Especially kids do enjoy a lot. And the rocks surrounded the DAM water gives a very beautiful view. Even you can climb the rocks and have fun. The fresh fish is also available in the restaurants attached to the DAM. This is all one day activity but you have to be there not late than 10 AM in any sunny day during winter season. I am also sharing some pics for your information and interest. Thanks, M. Zahid Qureshi 00923347206661 P.S: You can also visit the DAM turbines and spill ways with permission of DAM authorities of government of Pakistan.
