I wanted to try something different so decided on the body treatment mineral cocoon - refining. Have to say it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had in a long time - the feeling of being wrapped post application of the clay and gently floating in the warm water bath was divine and my thoughts just melted away. Would highly recommend this experience!

I visited for a manicure & pedicure & was very pleased with both treatments. The atmosphere is most welcoming and warm & Alanna was on time & ready to look after me when I arrived. I thought the prices were competitive and I enjoyed my time out.

I have been meaning to write a review for weeks! I had my first trip to the bathhouse booked for October this year. Due to an unexpected family emergency we had to cancel our reservation the day before we were meant to. The staff were so compassionate and accomodating - they organsied vouchers for us beacuse we didn't know when we could reschedule for our next visit. Then following weeks of emotional family drama we decided we needed a spa visit STAT. We showed up before we had even received our vouchers. We fully expected to just pay a second time and organise a reimbursement-but the lovely man at the desk went out of his way to find our details and re-organsied our reservations without any hassle whatsoever. We had an incredible, relaxing afternoon in the bathhouse gazing out into the greenery. We went in the afternoon on a weekday and it was so quiet and peaceful. It was a chilly day and the spas were lovely and warm. Highly recommend a visit. I'm so annoyed that I forgot the lovely man at receptions name! But I know the woman who helped me over the phone was Rachael. Thank you so much for responding to my frantic, emotional queries and being so respectful and kind.

I read some of the previous reviews and couldn't help wondering if they were referring to the same place! Last week my sister in law , my wife and I had a top to toe package we got from Scoopon more than six months ago which had to be deferred about 6 times due to lockdown (Margarita was very flexible rescheduling). The experience or all three of us was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. We all had a massage and facial (my first as I had previously assumed it wouldn't be worthwhile when you have a full beard ) and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Margarita and Yvonne for a great time
