We noticed the beautiful elegant, drop of balsamic on a roundabout at Spilamberto. We were on our way to visit the museum & to have lunch in the town. It must be a relative recent sculpture, because it was not there when we last visited in 2012

At the Passini Farm we make sure to take good care of our cows in order to produce the best quality milk and thus the best Parmigiano Reggiano. Come to our farm and you will see where the making process of the King of the Cheese all starts! You will of course be able to buy our products, including our Honey and Balsamic Vinegar. We also offer visits of our Cheese factory.
