Maple Creek Park

I walk here at least once per week during my lunch hour. The park is small, full of beautiful trees, a creek, a bridge, playground equipment and seating to sit and relax. There is plenty of wildlife to watch as well. I come over during the work day to regain my sanity and just take a nice break outdoors. It is especially beautiful in the Fall and Winter months. Park is acessible by car and foot near the east side.

The giant play set was very busy The only problem was how you would get your child out to leave! Other actives that we saw on our short hike included cross country skiing (I saw lights for night time use), summer boating and swimming, hiking paths, and lots of space to spread out or picnic. You can even hook up to regional trails.

Finally a chance to get back to walk around the lake. Love this small lake nestled in the heart of Plymouth. Great place to walk, hangout, swim in the summer, fishing pier and a great playground. On the east end of the park is a boat launch with trailer parking as well. Love to come here to sit on the many benches by the lake and relax.
