I've stayed in Ballyglass House several times over the last few years. Ruth is so friendly, witty and welcoming. The food is superb. Had the best steaks ever there. If you require accommodation anywhere near Tipperary town, Ballyglass is the place to stay. While there go check out the fab scenery on the doorstep..The Glen of Aherlow.

Lissanisky House currently has three unique bedrooms available for bed and breakfast and all are named after previous owners - the O’Meara Room with its four poster super king bed and cast iron roll top bath; the Sheahan Room with its oodles of space and super king sleigh bed; and the cosy Pepper Room with its stunning Victorian double bed. Best night's sleep ever in this absolutley beautiful and relaxing old manor

Reviewed By Belfast_N_Ireland_

My husband and I stayed here last week and- what struck me is that all you can hear are the birds, not even the family who live there! The price you pay for a night in this ultra relaxing, quiet, shabby chic house is that it's not within walking distance of town but the local taxi man is so reliable and not hard to get hold of. I cannot recommend enough this place for peace and tranquility. The hosts are friendly without being overbearing, the breakfasts are so tasty and freshly cooked and the showers are amazing. I will definitely stay here again.
