i read the other excellent reviews and really wanted to try the aerial yoga class while visiting maspalomas... it exceeded my expectations, it was fun and incredibly supportive and encouraging and a great fun way to stretch in the morning.. i felt great afterwards... a must do experience!

This was a fantastic experience with Cris and Alfonso - we’d highly recommend this for all those interested in local cuisine or wanting to learn. Not only did we cook 5 incredible Canarian dishes, but Cris and Alfonso also shared many stories of their own personal experience around food as well as their great knowledge of the historical influence of food and Canarian culture. They were so warm and welcoming and really made us feel part of the experience. As well as cooking the dishes, we tried them around their kitchen table and they also provided some additional local specialities for us to sample. We even took home the leftovers! We’d definitely recommend this experience.
