Bugs, stains and poor internet quality
Reviewed By kariane123They had trouble finding my reservation even though I checked in online. The room key didn't work so a second trip to the lobby was needed but the door to the room wasn't locked even though the door was closed. There was a used soap and wrapper in the shower, a bug in the fridge and stains on the sheets.

Reviewed By tamparenegadeThe room and hotel was good only problem I had was the small ants that wouldn’t leave my plate of food alone if left on the table for a period of time other then that if you just look at the room itself it was very clean you would not think there was bugs in there

Modern design and a European flair ideally located adjacent to Sawgrass Mills outlet shopping center less then 1 miles to BB&T Center Arena. Rooftop bar and Spanish style AC Breakfast options.
Nice hotel but
Reviewed By carolina1familyIt's a nice hotel next to the large shopping mall Sawgrass Mills. Beautiful views; Front desk is not very good, after the phone app check-in still need to re-do the whole reservation. charge taxes even it' was already paid by points., Parking it's also the mall parking needed to walk to the side to park. room is small, bed and pillow are not very good. room lighting was hard to control, the front switch show down the whole room including the outlets while trying to charge the phone.

Nice Guest House......Quiet Neignhourhood ...Pleasant people....
Reviewed By Escape811651Having had many places to choose from i decidedto go with Sawgrass. The Guest house is located in a gated community, quiet, clean and very nice area. I stayed for 4 nights, arriving on the 15th September, my room was downstairs and was exactly what i was looking for, the bed was very comfortable and it included a small computer table which came in very handy for my studies. The house consists of a kitchenette, a front room which you can sit comfortably and read a book if you so desire. Saw Grass Mall is 10 minutes walk. The Guest house is run by Jose who goes above and beyond and his friend, very nice lady (cannot remember her name, but collected me from the airport). Nice Place to stay.
