This was our first time to stay at this property. Much improved over places we have stayed previously. Easy walking to downtown restaurants and harbor. If all one was going to do was fish and eat out you could stay here without a car. Newer property so clean, good amenities and helpful staff. Beds super comfortable.

Terrible Hotel

Reviewed By phillips87

This is probably the worst hotel that I've ever stayed at in the US, and at $250/night also one of the more expensive rooms I stayed in. The window was broken and missing in my second floor room, and the screen on that window was torn. There was only decaf coffee in the hotel and when we asked for regular coffee at the front desk, a woman wearing no shoes and coughing quite a bit put some Folgers from a can in a cup and handed it to me with a filter. They ran out of Folgers on our second night and even though we were there for 5 nights, no effort was made to get coffee for guests. And no coffee at all in the lobby. The toiletries in the room appeared to have been refilled – no labels and broken seals. There was often no one at the front desk and the young lady that checked us in made it very clear that we were disturbing her at check in. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone and will think twice about staying at any Quality Inn in the future.

Kodiak Russian River lodge can’t be beat if you are looking for a great place to stay for a fishing trip. They are very accommodating to the fisherman with great amenities for processing and freezing. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and overall just awesome. I have been staying there almost every year for an annual fishing trip for the past 15 years. I got to be great friends with the owner Gus and really looked forward to the yearly trip every year. Unfortunately for everyone who knew Gus he passed away and I was really concerned not only for loosing a good friend but I was concerned that the lodge wouldn’t be the same with him gone. Fortunately his awesome Daughter Lindsay jump in and took the challenge to continue running the lodge. She is doing a great job and You can really tell she is Gus’s daughter. She is awesome and makes the trip very fun and makes you really feel welcome and appreciated as a guest. I will continue my annual trip with Lindsay for many years to come.

We spent 3 nights at Goldilocks B&B and felt like home. Our family had large rooms, modern bathrooms, healthy, delicious breakfasts, great company and a wonderful time overall. Our host, Bronwyn, is very friendly and helped us find beautiful trails, museums and other attractions on the island. My boys were sad to leave. We will highly recommend this place to everyone.

Nice room.

It was a really nice room. Only thing that we didn't like was the loud parties going on across the street until 4 am on multiple occasions. Couldn't sleep well. Also people constantly smoking outside our window. Besides that it was nice.
