Exceptional customer service

Even driving us to the airport when the Uber didn't work out and making sure we knew the way to get our Covid test at the nearby Labin Laboratory. Very clean and spacious rooms with beautiful tile and variety of beautiful wood work. Near the airport in a secure gated community. Guards, high fences, even electric roof fencing in the area. Highly recommend.

the change not for the better
Reviewed By RobertS4484i have stayed here 3 times over 2 yrs and had my wedding dinner here, it was all good before. it is family owned and they dont have a good idea what its about. they use for personal play pen and do not cater to the tourist who stay there, has fallen apart and they dont treat the hired staff well, none of the staff like the family owners , but stay as its a job and pay for them. also owners make the staff work many hours but pay only a few... just like slave labor if you ask me. the woman who is there most of the time is angry and unhappy as all can see it....very poor place, nice rooms but all else stinks...

Not bad for a quick overnight stay after arrival
Reviewed By V5775SAirenedStay was good for an overnight. The guy named Jose, I think, was kind to us explaining the rules and offering suggestions (not touristic ones, if you know what i mean). He could speak English as well, so it was a plus for me. One thing tough in Costa Rica though is that they don’t serve breakfast on the weekends.

Casa Primo Bed snd Breakfast
Reviewed By arlyne dWe went to C.R. for 2 months. I had checked all hotels around Cariari and Alajuela. Found Casa Primo and called it to ask questions about their facility and services. I talked to Lilly, a delightful person and owner of this well managed bed and breakfast. Casa Primo is small, has an atmosphere of "being at home," Spanish house, rooms are spacious and very clean. We enjoyed every morning as Lilly surprised us with different plates, fruits and coffee. You can also let her know that you want dinner, she will ask "what do you feel like eating." Most of the time we would say "surprise us." We were never disappointed. She made reservations for us, gave us a car ride when we needed it and treated us "as part of her family.". On and off we were at Casa Primo several days during April, May and part of June. We highly recommend Casa Primo for location, service, property, and caring care for their guests.
