205 Room international hotel on the beachfront. Offers 3 restaurants, 2 bars, 1 coffee/pastry shop, fitness center, Quan Spa with 8 treatment rooms, underwater music in our island view pool, 140 meter lagoon pool and dual waterslides with an aquarium. Children can access Kids' Club and kids' raindance pool. For groups, we have a grand ballroom for 340 people, 5 meeting rooms and several outdoor spaces to enjoy functions at manicured lawns or at the beach.

RESERVATION...Quick and understanding staffs.Khun Ton was very kind to assists us through the the process☆☆☆☆☆ CHECKIN...Took 5 minutes to get through with all details and was upgraded to the corner room.Thanks to Khun Porn.☆☆☆☆☆ PORTER & HOUSE KEEPING...Very aggressive and helpful☆☆☆☆☆ POOL..FITNESS &KIDS ROOM..Clean with updated equipments with safety measures and helpful staffs RESTAURANTS....Clean and good foods.KHUN SIN the F&B manager Took great care of the guests table to table asking the needs and quality of the foods.Khun Maem...Khun Kade and the staffs at C Salt was very aggressive and attentive with smiles??? Reviewed By Peter BThis rundown establishment needs a complete upgrade from it's existing furnishings, the beds are very old mattresses stained. The plumbing to the bathroom is in very poor condition with the personal bidet hand-shower leaked causing the floor to wet and slippery which was reported but nothing done about during the 4 days we stayed. The breakfast which was included was reasonable the first morning due to low number of guests you were offered a menu to choose your food but on the 2nd and 3rd morning having busloads of locals stay there was a buffet provided which had a vast choice of food on offer except for the toast (which you cooked) all food that should be hot wasn't it was cold even though it was presented in a bain-marie. I also must mention that with the busload of guests came the Karaoke which was held in the lobby area directly below our bedroom fortunately this didn't go too late into the night but being woken by drunks trying to find their room didn't help us sleep. The important thing is the danger of using the swimming pool the water had turned green due to chemical imbalance and the cleaning method used is a submersible pump which has a filter bag attached which is connected to the electricity through a power board very close to the edge of the pool (see attached photo) and this was during the hours guests had access to the pool. I had to demand that the electrical equipment be removed from the pool and the power moved away which was promptly put back after I had left the pool area. This shows a complete disregard for the welfare and safety of the guests. This hotel is a few kilometres form Ban Phe (ferry terminal to Koh Samet) and there is a large range of hotels to choose from and this one I would put at the bottom of my list, never again.

A Little Gem
Reviewed By Bill Peter FWe are at the Resort now and will stay over Xmas and a few days beyond . We find it hard to reconcile some of the negative reviews we have read with our own experiences here. Considering the issues all hotels in Thailand have had to contend with over the last few years because of Covid19 some of the negative comments beggar belief! This is a simple, small, informal, quiet place. It is not a large plush resort. The bungalow we are staying in is clean, spacious,well equipped and well maintained. The cleaners do a great job and any maintenance issues we raised have been dealt with quickly. The cost of the accommodation is very reasonable. The private beach is perfect. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The Breakfast offered is more than adequate with both Thai and European options available. If you are looking for a laid back simple place to stay we would thoroughly recommend it to you.

Reviewed By jensen1805check in at 11 a.m. was no problem, very nice friendly staff at the reception, big clean room with big balkony and great view over the pool and ocean. huge Pool with enough sun lounger and parasol. in total 4 Waterslide for enough fun. Beach in front of the hotel was nice, but not 100% clean, so i picked up myself some plastik trash, the labourer staff from the hotel prefer to watch me doing that instead of doing their job, cleaning the beach. The beach right next to the hotel property wasn t nice anymore, to much litter on the sand. some palm trees on the beach in front of the hotel would be nice, there was no shade at the beach. in total it was a nice stay there and we would come again
