Reviewed By GberiI just feel in love with the property when I visited first, this property is not on the beach but this provide very scenic view of the mountain behind. very very relaxing rooms with access to a veranda with relaxing chairs. The restaurant is not the best but offers good options for food, the service can be improved especially during breakfast.

Reviewed By SGKiraAt first we arrived at 6am with a 10 year old child tired and ready to sleep after the taxi driver couldn't find the hotel as address provided on Agoda was wrong. I have booked the night before on purpose as I knew we would arrive early in the morning and I emailed the hotel on Agoda asking them to make sure we have an extra bed in the room (which we have paid for) and that we will be arriving at 6am. We arrive, there is no one on reception, 5 minutes later we had our luck as cleaner heard us and went to wake up the manager. The 'manager' came out saying "Our check in is at 12pm or 2pm" with attitude, and only after I told him to open his booking system and to check that we have booked the night prior, he realized that we might be tired and took us to the room. When we woke up we left the hotel and returned at night and asked them to put the bed which was already paid for, we left the hotel and came a few hours later to find out there was no bed at 11.30pm and no one on reception. Next morning I went to reception to check what happened and I was told that I should have complained last night at 11.30pm, I was shocked how rude and not willing to admit his mistakes this 'manager' was and I told him to make sure we have a bed that night. Guess what? We arrived at night to see no bed in the room and no 'manager' either, so I had to basically follow the staff on duty to make sure they bring the bed, the extra bed turned out to be a mattress (at a cost of 2 nights at this hotel.) The staff on duty had no idea what to do and suggested I speak to the 'manager' in the morning. I gave up as I wasn't going to get anywhere with that person's attitude. So if you are looking for a peaceful place without any drama or without anyone trying to rip you off, AVOID THIS PLACE! Also wifi was terrible.

Reviewed By Naveen1966We had a nice and comfortable stay here. Beautiful and affordable cottages on the mandrem road but not noisy. Beautiful garden like ambience and all services very good. As you walk out of the hotel...across the road walk down the lane and you are on beach. Poursh area, beautiful and clean beach with lot of good options to dineout. Restris and shacks... Candle light dinner at the beach with music. We had few Meals from inhouse restaurant too which were really tasty. Large rooms with good aircons and balcony on both sides.. toiletries and fresh towels provided. Will certainly recommend for couples and families. Suggestions Hot kettle should be provided in all rooms and fridge if possible as you have quiet big size rooms.

Reviewed By Curiosity533195We stayed for 3 days and had a great time. Very close to the beach, very good and cooperative staff. Clean swimming pool operational 24*7. Rooms are very nice , very friendly place. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good property close to the beach.

Reviewed By Lind MAfter round fifteen hours travelling very tired arrived at the hotel greated by receptionist I said we had a booking looked as if there were not expecting us show them my voucher on my phone after around ten minutes she would have to call the manager so had to wait till he arrived then had to show my voucher again and to email it to them there and then so after around a hour no offer of refreshments while . waiting for our room alot of moving round getting room ready then we were give a opportunity to up grade to a better room which had a balcony for a extra cost which we decided to extra cost for balcony not much of a view TV never worked WiFi only work if you stood at door but worked well in reception no fridge in room large comfy beds nice bathroom. Hotel was quite noisy at time lots of work going on but we went out most days so did not really bother us Hotel was nice clean friendly staff did not speak much English but ok Pool was nice clean fair size not many sunbeds food was good breakfast was toast tea of coffee you had to pay if you want it anything else considering we paid for bed and breakfast told tea toast was complementary so we paid twice for breakfast? Beach ten minutes walk lots of wild life round in field nice lady it the little market just up for hotel some nice place to vist recommend scooter if you dare Ovall we have lovely stay at ashvem inn even let us keep our room on after we missed our flight home just did not what to leave Definitely stay here again hopefully It would be nice to be offered a refreshments after along journey or even a bottle of water in room upon arrival. Still had great time Great thanks

Reviewed By Gurudutt NHello Guys, The property is a little on inner roads but totally worth it. The property has great pool and good rooms. Pool parties are one to look for. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Sheela, the manager provides great customer service. The food is really good.
