Collingwood Children's Farm

We have visited here twice with our wee granddaughter and have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The small farm is beautifully set out without being overly formal. The barn experiences (cow milking and brushing, holding Guinea pigs) were lovely especially for the pre--schoolers.We travelled by train from Northcote and then had a small walk to the farm. Hope to come another time to this delightful children's farm.

I found this very small market to contain a surprising large pieces of work that interested me. I enjoyed couple of hours wondering around and looking at the original art made by the stall owner (mostly). There was a good variety of different type of arts and it is definitely worth seeing when you are around.

Excellent variety of beers for all tastes, served in portions for tasting, sipping, or drinking. Satisfying food options. Large, open space, but the variety of Seating options of larger and smaller tables means there is something for bigger groups, as well as cosier catch-ups.

Merri Creek Trail

Reviewed By sunfiction

If travelling from Melbourne CBD, take the 96 Tram to Brunswick, which, incidentally, runs all the way from St Kilda (another good spot for tourists). Hop off at Arthurton road and walk left along here until, at the bridge, walkers can scoot down and begin a lovely escape from the crowded city. The Merri Creek Trail stretches through the trees and landscape of the northern Melbourne suburbs. For locals it provides a pleasant place to walk, ride or take a break, however tourists may be after something more spectacular.
