A great view of the city awaits a drive (or a bicycle ride) up the hill at the end of Boulevard des Bois Frances in Victoriaville Quebec. We were in the area for a cycling trip, but of the road variety, which is a shame, because this park not only has a great view of the countryside, it has what appears to be top notch mountain biking as well. Maybe next time!

People are very nice and always smiling. They support events very well. The greens are "pro" quality and you can enjoy a real nice meal and a terrasse.

A small mansion that was a home of a Canadian Prime Minister 100+ years ago. Living rooms on the first floor. Very limited explanations, so borderline interesting.
On the second floor some exhibition about that PM, his family and something else, but there are absolutely no English, so that part of the exhibit was lost for us.
For the price of the ticket ($7 Can) you get a visit to the neighboring Post museum. Unless you are interested in the history of the post offices in Quebec, skip it. There is not a single line of English explanations.
