These artifacts include one room schools, toys,local business,and old farming equipment. Unique to our museum is the original Wilson Greatbatch workshop where he invented the Implantable Cardiac Pacemaker. This exhibit has his prototypes and testing equipment

Great place to learn about this town and early days in WNY. We filmed a show for WBBZ called Discover Clarence and historian Doug Kohler showed us through. Wonderful experience!

The West Shore Brewing Company is a startup nanobrewery in the Buffalo NY Area. We specialize in classic beer recipes with a unique twist. Our name harkens back to the West Shore railroad, which used to run through Clarence, and our taproom displays many historical photos of the railroad. We hope you can stop by and sample our beers, which are made on the premises, while taking in a bit of Clarence history.

It was a beautiful spring day here in Western New York, 40 degrees with a brilliant blue sky. My friend suggested a hike, so I went to my hiking bucket list and chose Tillman Road Wildlife Management Area. We had such a good time walking on the boardwalk and beyond, around a large pond or small lake. We found out after we drove away from the parking area that there are a few other parking areas, and the trails appear to be much more extensive than we thought they were. If we go back, I hope we can have a map of the trails with us
