Loved the Hall and the Park - a very beautiful place to while away an hour or two with a stroll through the park, although be careful, this can become more than a stroll as its a very big park, perhaps listen to music, sit and people watch or just contemplate, take in the plant and wild life or go into the Wandelhalle itself and sample the spa waters or, not so healthy, visit the cafe for some cake and a coffee (very reasonable prices).

Given its prominent position above the town, a trek up to the Schloss in Bad Wildungen will afford you with excellent views of the surrounding countryside. There is also a military museum on site which was not open on the day we visited (Monday). From the central cloister you can climb the short flight of stairs to see over the ramparts. A cafe is also on site if you'd like a tea or coffee. Next door is a church with a nicely kept garden. The place oozes history but you're best off going for the views.

Visited the Wandelhalle in this attractive venue twice, first time at the weekend when it was buzzing. The small Kur Orchester, 6 players, sounded like a full orchestra thanks to the excellent acousitics of the attractive concert hall. Quieter the second time and had time to explore the good range of items in the shops and sample the two kinds of spa water. Conveniently close to the town and set in a delightful park full of imaginative and sometimes amusing sculptures. A most attractive small resort

Das Quellenmuseum befindet sich in der Wandelhalle im Herzen des Kurparks. Das Museum zeigt die Geschichte der Bad Wildunger Heilquellen, aber auch ihre Anwendungen und Wirkungsweisen.

Elisabeth hat sich total individuell auf unsere Wünsche und reiterlichen Fähigkeiten (die recht unterschiedlich waren) eingestellt.
Ich habe eine Einzel- und eine Zweierstunde mit ihr gemacht. Während ich normalerweise in Reitstunden mit Kommandos überflutet worden bin, hat Elisabeth eine ruhige und unterstützende Art.
Zwei tolle Ausritte haben wir mitgemacht, wobei mir
Elisabeths und mein kurzes Wettreiten immer noch ein Grinsen aufs Gesicht bringt.
Auch meine Freundin als Wiedereinsteigerin konnte dank der easy Isis alles mitmachen.
Unser Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und das Frühstück sehr familiär gemeinsam mit Steffen und Elisabeth. Nicht zu vergessen das Plantschen im Plantschbecken, das ihre Tochter gnädig gestattete.
Absolut weiterzuempfehlen.

Dampfbad, 60 grad Sauna, finnische Sauna mit 95 grad und einer Aussensauna mit knapp 80 grad. Toll dekorierte Ruheräume. Kleiner aussenbereich, der aber leider einsehbar von den Besuchern des textilen Bereiches ist. Es gibt noch einen Salzraum, in dem man salzhaltige Luft inhalieren kann.
Angeschlossen ist ein Göbel Hotel, von denen man direkt den Thermenbereich nutzen kann.
Trotz tollem Wetter und Samstag war die Therme nicht überfüllt. Bei sonnigen Wetter kann man eine Etage höher sich hinlegen. Leider kein FKK Bereich mehr.
