Tagaytay, officially and commonly called Tagaytay City, (Filipino: Lungsod ng Tagaytay), is a component city in the province of Cavite, in the Philippines. It is one of the country's most popular tourist destinations because of its outstanding scenery and cooler climate provided by its high altitude. Tagaytay overlooks Taal Lake in Batangas and provides views of Taal Volcano Island in the middle of the lake through various vantage points situated in the city.

Museo Orlina is a veritable treasure trove of contemporary art of the internationally-acclaimed, pioneer, and foremost practitioner of glass sculpture in the Philippines, Ramon Orlina. The museum has four levels of exhibit area, a sculpture garden and amphitheater, and a roof deck to enjoy the spectacular view of Taal Lake.
The place is easy to find as it is along the highway. The road is quite steep tho. The museum has interesting pieces and if you are an Orlina fan , and frequent his art exhibits in Manila, I highly recommend you visit this museum. Aside from his work, some of his old VW cars are also displayed and his backyard is also interesting with all other artworks in collab with other artists are showcased.

My husband and I went here to since we were both tired from work, we want to relax and get a breather. We were not disappointed! We loved everything about this place! They don't overbook so they can focus on their scheduled clients. So, yes, better to set an appointment a few days before as they do not accept walk-ins. Upon entering, staff will welcome you and explain everything you need to know from their services. Before the massage, they will take you first to the teahouse and serve you teas overlooking the majestic view of Taal Lake. If you feel a bit cold, they have set a mini bonfire to keep you warm. After teahouse comes the bathhouse which we enjoyed too! We can enjoy the yin yang pool for 15 (or 30?) minutes. These are two pools - warm and cold. I opt for the warm pool (yin) while the hubby tried both. The place was so quiet we felt like it was ours for the whole time! After bathhouse, were now ready for massage and yes, just as expected, it was very relaxing like we don't want it to end. We didn't stayed there for the night but we would love to when we get back. Yup! We will definitely go back here to find peace and escape.

A must for everyone who visits Tagaytay. The place are not properly maintained but let's face it, the entrance fee are very low compared to any tourist spot considering it is in a prime location. Instead be focus on the breathtaking view and very calming cool breeze. I've been here countless times still never fails to awe.
