You haven’t seen Panama if you haven’t seen the jungle. Jungle is where adventures are. That’s where exotic birds, unlike any others, sing their songs. That’s were wild fish are waiting to be caught by you for your dinner. Jungle is where the air is balmy, lakes are pristine, greenery is untouched, and wildlife is well – wild! That’s where true Panama reveals its beauty to those who want to live big and to have stories to tell. Leave behind the asphalt jungles of the city and the civilized comfort of a resort, and come play with the Jungle Jeep Adventures in the wilderness of a virgin jungle.

We offer high-adventure tours and hikes. By far our most popular tour is the Slot Canyon Waterfall which takes about 3 hours. This is an amazing tour up into the mountains and deep into the jungle {rainforest} through several streams until we reach the waterfall entrance. Once we arrive it's a 5 minute walk down the 200 stairs to reach the waterfall. People with mobility issues are welcome as long as they are able to handle the 200 stairs. We offer walking sticks to help and also provide bottled water. This tour will be the highlight of your trip to Panama!

Jungle - Waterfall Tour: 4 hours long starting in El Valle, located at an elevation of 2000 ft. in a beautiful rain forest. From El Valle you will travel along a rugged trail deeper into the mountains crossing six streams and arriving at the stunning and picturesque 100-foot waterfall known as “Cascada Tavida” where you can swim or just relax in a hammock enjoying the fabulous views before the return trip to El Valle. There are bathroom facilities, an excellent restaurant, a spa and a small hotel located at Villa Tavida. The tour includes an English speaking guide.

Wow!! View at the top was absolutely stunning. The trail is actually a loop, but we hiked out the way we came up. Beware that locals hang out around the entrance to the hike and ask you to pay them a few bucks to "look out after your car."
