We have been lucky enough to return one month after our last visit. We were meant to go to Thailand but changed our plans due to Coronavirus (Tui were very accommodating). We have not regretted our choice. As previously, the hotel has been comfortable even though we were in a standard room opposed to supreme. ( the only difference was less toiletries and no dressing gown or slippers). The food was just the same but the restaurant was much busier and very noisy. Go to breakfast nearer 10am and dinner after 8:30 if you want a bit of a calmer atmosphere. Again the hotel staff were cheerful and attentive. The animation team worked relentlessly with enthusiasm, energy and cheer. Yes, some areas are looking a bit tired but that doesn’t reflect the general comfort of the hotel. Too many names to mention them all but thank you to Luz in the restaurant for her welcome back. Mariano, Johnny and Luca (and all of the animation team)for their friendly chats, vibrant energy and effort. Again I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
