Poor Maintanence and hygiene.
Reviewed By Tarun VThe rooms were dirty and smelly. Lack of hygiene. The bathrooms were very smelly and bad odour was coming from the toilet which was leaking. The water form the tap was very smelly. The basement parking was also very dirty. I don’t recommend staying here.

Reviewed By Sheetal_RkeHotel is located in Manipal city center. It is easily accessible from Main road. The property is clean and rooms were spacious. Staff is polite and helpful. They don't have any restaurant within hotel, but there are many good restaurants near it. Overall the stay was good and comfortable. I would recommend highly recommend it.

Terrible experience @ the restaurant!
Reviewed By Sujith Kumar AI was on way to Murudeshwar from Mookambika temple and chose to go to this restaurant since it was en route. The washroom was very 'dirty' and since we didn't have time, decided to still go ahead and have lunch at the restaurant. Ordered idly / vada and found something very similar to insect leg. Told the manager and he took it very lightly saying it was from the coconut shell. Unfortunately we missed to take a pic. We were not convinced with his reply and decided not to have breakfast over there and left after paying for the same. Note: This is what we experienced. It might be a bad judgement but calling out what we experienced.

Reviewed By TejashwiniTerrible experience ever .. Room are not good they smell badly. Mattress needs to be cleaned.. Taps are leaking .. They don’t have lift and they don’t provide service of carrying luggages when we ask for service they were rude to us , at last we only had to carry luggages for second floor .. We have tv for sake but none of the Kannada channels are subscribed .. we get a better hotel and service near temple for this price..

Disgusting and avoidable place
Reviewed By VyomsinhaI dont know how Treebo and Oyo are associated with this property. It seems owners have their own policy over and above Treebos. They ask for 500 deposit money over and above advance already paid. The pictures are all photoshopped and the building looks dull and dirty. The walls inside have dirty patches, stained pillows and broken toilets. There are 3 -4 guys sitting in reception and only one room boy to service all rooms. Overall a very avoidable experience. In same price bracket there are better options available.
