If you are looking to totally relax your body and mind - then this treatment/therapy is a must. Dan has created the most beautiful peaceful and safe space, the pool; a sanctuary where the water takes your body on a journey. I'm finding it hard to put into words the feelings that I encountered and each persons experience will be different. Dan guides you to what I can only describe as an out-of-body experience, making me aware of issues that need to be addressed and opening myself to change.. I find it extremely hard to cut off, to turn off, to relax, to stop the chatter, I have tried yoga, different forms of meditation, exercise and now I know I have found the treatment/therapy that allows me to do just that and go with the flow. Everything about this space is unique, firstly there is no chlorine used in the water, the water comes from the well and is heated through roof panels to 35 degrees to ensure that it reaches as close to our body temperature as possible, this allows you to be fully comfortable whilst in the water. With no distractions, there is nothing more to do than relax and let the water guide you. If anyone is looking for a treatment to unwind, to help resolve personal issues, a gentle yet powerful shiatsu style water therapy then I urge you to try Fluid Symmetry. relaxing music i strongly recommend this place felt great the first day i did indian traditional massage and next day went for half an hour foot massage this guy was excellent... So at last before checking out i went there for deep tissue the best massage i had recently in goa.. Staff are very and place is nice and clean

We had availed the facility of foot massage and head massage. It was really relaxing and rejuvenating .. Mr Kamal is very friendly and professional to deliver his clients best possible services. Good part he provided the faculty at the place of our stay. The massage team provided by Mr Kamal was Ms Rajani and Mr. vimal. We were fully satisfied and look forward for their services on our next visit. Our recommendation that do visit this serene and clean beach “Agonda” and enjoy the nature and silence with the ayurvedic Massage of Om.

My husband visited the Dr here as his back was really bad and he was having difficulty walking. After reading excellent reviews we asked our hotel to contact them for an appointment - they arrived in a tuc tuc to collect us within minutes! My husband had an hour with the Dr and received an Ayurvedic oil treatment and a herb compress massage to his back & legs. After this treatment he could move more freely & could even touch his toes! The Dr advised further treatments of half an hour/day for the remaining 3 days of our holiday which he did and very much felt the benefit every time. The Dr explained this would help strengthen his back to hopefully avoid future problems - so far so good! I went along on 2 of the occasions for a Ayurvedic treatment - a body massage and also a foot massage - they were both lovely. Costs were very reasonable and approximately half the price you would pay at one of the hotels. Rooms are clean and appropriate (ie massage beds have a hole for your head) and apparently oils are made in house - expert professional treatment whether for relaxation or for a specific problem.

Perfect. The classes were very easy to understand and always dependent on the level of the student. Very comfortable. felt treated with love and respect and felt I was in presence of a true teacher. Rama is a true yoga teacher. Thank you.
