I am so happy that we went to visit RomneyManor and the Carrabelle batik factory and store. It was truly a beautiful walk through the rain forest up to the grounds that are perfectly manicured and such magnificent flowers and trees to admire. There are endless photo opportunities here to enjoy. There is a fountain and an overlook to the rainforest and a bell tower to climb and a 400-year-old Saman with flowers everywhere. In addition to the gorgeous landscaping there are recently handcrafted batik pieces free flowing in the wind to dry and admire. I was so taken aback and fell instantly in love with one piece in particular that I went in to buy it right off of the clothesline. I asked to meet the artist and take her photo holding my new treasure. We also met the owner/groundskeeper who took us on a mini private tour of some of the specific plants, trees and flowers that were growing nearby with a very informative exclamation for each. I highly recommend visiting this gem while on Saint Kitts

Greg and his team of certified Tour Guides have won many awards from the Tourism Authority for their businesses high standards of service. From the very beginning Greg has used modified, 4X4 Land Rovers to do his "unique" island Safaris with. Being specially made, the 8 Land Rovers he uses today, are all open sided with mostly forward facing, stadium orientated seating, that provide his guests with the best way to experience exploring beyond the shores of St. Kitts and Nevis. Greg's Safaris is the only tour company in the Federation that uses 4X4 Land Rovers for touring on both islands! For your private, half days hiking pleasure, Greg has created two "unique looped hiking trails", one at the Phillips Mountain Valley (2 miles long), and at the other at the Wingfield River Valley (2 1/2 miles long), on St. Kitts. His company is also the only one on St. Kitts to offer driving tours from coast to coast through the lushly forested interior and while traveling through the mountains his guests would have access to a private 5 acre "mountain top property", perched1000 feet sea level, a place of cool temperatures and breathtaking views, that can only be experienced on a "one of kind" 4X4 Safari Tour with him and his guides. Greg is one of the founding members of the St. Christopher National Trust and as well, sits on the Central Forest Reserve National Park Committee. We came into the cruise port and needed a relaxing day - we booked this from home through trip Advisor. Excellent view over the cruise port, great staff - very relaxing day with good food and drink!

Spent a lovely day here on a catamaran, snorkeling and swimming as part of a day trip on my cruise. Loved it but there were not many fish to see that day.

We spent two days at cockleshell beach and enjoyed both very much. The first time we went it was because a snorkeling trip got rescheduled and we needed something to do so we went on an adventure and found this beautiful beach and rented an umbrella and two lounge chairs for $10. The waves are just right and the sand is so clean and there is an abundance of beautiful shells to either look at or collect. The view across to Nevis is stunning! It is also right next-door to reggae beach where you may take a convenient water taxi $40 per person one way to nevus and enjoy that small wonder of an island as well. We were there on a day that was not too busy so I can only speak to the excellent time we had that was very peaceful and enjoyable

No Amenities. Beach is completely empty. You are likely to have the entire beach to yourself. Solitude. No distractions. Just yourself watching the waves break over the reef. Watching the rip tide and the waves going backwards is i found to be therapeutic. Calming. Being alone in nature in its raw form i found to be good for the soul...........thats all that is here......if you can enjoy being with yourself you are likely to be blessed by this place...........if not.........pass on by
