I drove here witth my rental car (it is quite far away from everything) It is about 50min driving from melakka. I was the only visitor that day. The person in charge was a friendly guy with whom I had a nice chat and he explained me about their work. He clearly was very motivated. When I was went there tthere weren't a lot of turtles. Just some in a big pond and that was it. I guess you can see the small ones now and then as well. But I wasn't that lucky that day Still, I loved seeing the ones i saw swimming around
