Hôtel with an amazing view
Reviewed By pascalel06We went on a family trip in this area. We wanted activities for our children 15 and 20. Sauna… We found this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay, the receptionist is welcoming, the view is amazing, the breakfast is fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel.

Wanbo Manor is a beautifully situated 1700s mansion next to the lake Barken's Beach with a fascinating history. Carefully renovated over the years with fresh rooms with high standards. The kitchen is of high quality and conference rooms can take both large and small conferences between 2 and 50 people
Almost a week here with family and friends
Reviewed By BonnieSwedeWhen I booked our Golden Wedding Party at Wanbo we had never visited. We went by reviews and also by speaking to Malin on the phone.We asked them to arrange all sorts of activities for us as well as lots of food! When we arrived it was just as we had seen on their website. Absolutely wonderful location with fabulous countryside and bathing possible just a very short walk away. All the staff were so friendly and made our stay brilliant beyond words. The food was worthy of a Michelin star, all thanks to a expert chef. Apart from trips to various local places we had dinner each night at Wanbo including a special celebration meal on the Saturday night. The chef really surpassed himself with that meal. We also visited the haunted cellar, where we had a beer tasting lesson - with plenty of local beers to taste. No ghosts were seen or hear. Everything was so well organised for us and we cannot recommend Wanbo Herrgard enough. Although we visited in the summer, this is also a perfect place to stay during the winter as they are within driving distance to the slopes and ski-jump site.

Reviewed By Anniqa LTrevligare värdinna får man leta efter! Roligt att det går att driva den här typen av verksamhet med endast 5 rum. Lågt pris och sköt dej själv upplägg. Bodde här en natt i samband med ett mässbesök. Knarrande golv, dusch i källaren och toa i korridor får man på köpet för de 400 kr ett enkelrum kostar. Handfat på rummet och det är ju toppen! Fri wifi.
