Cascata Del Bosco is a new (March 2013) 4 cabin hotel in San Vito Costa Rica. We are situated on 37 acres, mostly forest and trails and are a 5 minute walk from the famous Wilson Botanical Gardens. Each cabin is unique and carefully equipped with locally built furniture, a queen bed and some with a day bed/sofa as well. The views from each cabin are fantastic and each cabin has a private balcony. Cabins are equipped with a kitchenette, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, stovetop, SKY TV, and full bathroom with HOT showers. WiFi is free. We have a full restaurant and bar on site full of local art. One of the co-owners George lives on site and is a wealth of information about the area and things to do. The area is known for excellent birding and is the home of the very active San Vito Bird Club. Whether you are coming by yourself or with a group, Cascata Del Bosco will accomodate your needs.

Reviewed By VJPqueposCascato Del Bosco is a magical experience, Cabina #2 is the place to stay. Lovely decor, view and quiet atmosphere. The restaurant has an outdoor plancha for cooking delicious meals. Breakfast was a Costa Rican treat, best Gallo Pinto we have ever had. Jiro was a wonderful host. We will definitely return.

Hacienda Don Paolo it´s a boutique hotel available for costaricans and foreigns willing to know a little bit more about Coto Brus. It has an exquisit architectonic work inspired in horse ranches, wonderful nature add to a visionary owner who loves our hometown. Coto Brus offer honest and hardworking people, exhuberant nature that will do your visit a quiet and peaceful stay.

Quiet location, stunning views over the valley, very new and comfortable "cabins"
Reviewed By Margaret PWe had 2 cabins, there were approx. 10, located around a huge collection of bamboo trees. Very new, very comfortable, very clean. Breakfast was brought to us by the owner who lived off-site, and we sat outside to enjoy it. We had to tear ourselves away from "that view"!

Reviewed By NbadillaEl lugar está descuidado, la humedad hace que las habitaciones huelan mal, las sabanas no se ven limpias (de hecho algunas se veían sucias) y el lugar se quedó en los años ochenta. Hay opciones mucho mejores Hay habitaciones con “buenos” televisores pero hay teles de hace 20 años. La verdad parece un motel para amantes que otra cosa

Very nice, clean, modern cabanas in a garden setting
Reviewed By jillshannon23We enjoyed the cabanas that have a deck and look out onto a green field for the view and also the clean, modern interiors. We had stayed at some other cabinas in San VIto the night before, and we found they weren't very clean -- so much that we checked out and moved to the Cabanas Green House. We would definitely stay here again. The mini bar was stocked, the owner was very hospitable and friendly, and the location just 10 minutes to town was ideal. The breakfast and coffee the next day were also very good. Definitely recommend.
