Bem localizada num trecho da praia do Janga, onde é possível fazer caminhadas, pedalar é correr com segurança e paz. A orla é extremamente agradável. Ambiente familiar e com limpeza adequada. A piscina é linda e o refeitório grande, ventilado e claro. Somente ressalto que uma das funcionárias da cozinha não tem usado máscara, que é fundamental neste momento de pandemia.

Reviewed By Enier SI´ve been bitten by a lot of mosquitoes. Even spraying mosquitoes insecticides (thay gives you for free). Television doesn´t workds. I´ve tried call the attendant to help. But they did´nt made it works. You don´t have drog store close. People doesn´t helps you to call to drug store after 22 pm because the closest one, is closed until next day. They just have sheets for twin beds, even if you are in a double bed room. the sheets quality is poor!!

Reviewed By mayanalorenaFiquei hospedada por 3 diárias, hotel com estrutura legal, porém não oferece o melhor ao cliente, apesar disso a maioria dos funcionários atenciosos. Para iniciar um dos pontos que me atraiu foi oferecerem o serviço de SPA como diz na página do hotel, porém na recepção informaram que o serviço não estaria disponível porque a equipe que executa estaria em outro local, e sem nenhuma preocupação com a minha visível insatisfação. No primeiro quarto a linha de telefone não pegava, fui transferida para um segundo, onde a porta da varanda não abria e foi necessário chamar a manutenção, assim como o a ducha do banheiro que estava vazando e molhando o piso, o chuveiro também precisa de manutenção para que o fluxo da água melhore. Televisão com som ruim, impossível de assistir algo e controle sem pegar. Apenas 1 (um) dia houve música ao vivo. Fora isso nenhum atrativo para o cliente, piscina não colocam e nem permitem som, garçons do restaurante atenciosos, mas cardápio super limitado, sendo necessário pedir comida por app todos os dias. Academia estava bem suja no dia em que utilizei.
