Reviewed By rajeevagarwal22The place is a nightmare ! Had to shift to another hotel ASAP and ask for refund of the total amount paid. The bed linen and the pillows were so very dirty, the blankets smelt musty, the wall paint was chipped off in chunks, the tiny geyser gave only a mug of hot water at a time and there were simply millions of mosquitoes which not only feasted on us but popped into our mouths if we opened them and also flowed out of the taps!! We couldn't rinse our mouths without swallowing a couple of them! I could go on ad infinitum but I'd really like to forget the whole experience. But thank God for MMT who apologized profusely and very graciously refunded the amount paid.

Reviewed By MnbvvcxzlkjhgfdsaTo start with the lobby and the houses and ambience is great! The food is overpriced! There are centipedes and millipedes lizards cockroaches all over the room! Even after complaining since the time we reached there was no effort for any pest control. For the third occupant we wanted an extra pillow since the time we checked in and during this summer heat an extra water bottle which was not delivered and was answered that they only place 1bottle per room whereas they are charging 500/- for the third occupant! Cats running around in the dining area we couldn’t have lunch peacefully! They stated that they are pet friendly even after seeing we were having trouble as not everyone likes cats! Cats were under the table it was a mess!! The poolside had hookah arrangement pool was open till 8pm so around 7:15 we wanted to order a hookah a person blatantly said that the person who makes hookah has gone home and no one else knows how to make it and he walked off didn’t even care to listen to us! Check in time is 12pm we got the room at 12:45 we booked 4 rooms got one at that time the other 3 rooms after 1pm and during check out we wanted to leave ASAP as there were centipedes crawling in the bed we couldn’t even sleep properly! We asked for luggage assistance but they were too busy with their doctors conference business clients to deal with the leisure guests! Overall not a good experience and wouldn’t recommend people to go there! As it goes all that glitters is not gold! We went there to take rest and enjoy the weekend but came back with a headache and tired!
