We are a small boutique coffee farm that produces PURE traditional varietels of coffee using eco-friendly techniques. We do not talk about what we are planning to do. We show you the cool eco-friendly stuff we are currently doing. (We came 2nd in a sustainable tourism contest run by the Colombian Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism in 2013.) Our tour lasts 3 hours and covers the whole of the coffee process - from the cultivatation, to the harvesting , to the tasting and roasting of our coffee . We do an english tour a day at 9.00am and a spanish tour at 15.00pm Monday to Friday. Saturday we do an english tour at 9.00. Sunday is our day off ! The tour leaves from Plantation House reception and the farm is only 10 minutes walk away from Salento. We are currently tasting different roasts and different varietels.
