Madam Phasouk was one of the high lights of our trip. From the moment of pickup at the hotel, to the market, to meeting her lovely daughter, to the cooking experience, I cannot say enough good things about this. Madam Phasouk is amazing! He cooking skills are just a small part of the experience. Okay anyone can make Pad Thai (except me). She is has a history that is unbelievably interesting. Quite the accomplished woman. I bleieve her children are following in her foosteps. A true honor to know such a woman. Thank you Madam Phasoud for a lovely evening.
