7 City Tours in Tenerife That You Shouldn't Miss

Tribal Terenife still shows influence from the aboriginal Gaunches people. Visitors clamber to conquer Mount Teide (Spain’s tallest peak) and to stretch out on the sands of Los Gigantes. Squawk hello to the playful parrots of Loro Park, or brave the petrifying drive to beautiful Masca Valley. For a true taste of Terenife, sample fresh farmhouse cheese and local bananas. A piece of delicate calado canario lace makes a special souvenir.

We arrived a few minutes late, but started right away. First we drove about 20mins through the neighborhood (not much to see), had the tuk tuk for ourselves. The driver was very kind, honked and waved at everyone. We then arrived at the market of the farm (we recommend the dried banana chips!!) and waited 5mins+ until our driver made us delicious, fresh smoothies. He told us a bit about the plantation, knew a lot of things, but only after we asked. We then only shortly rode to the horses and that was it, drove back. A pity we didn‘t get to go into the plantations, the only thing we saw of the farm was the market.
