Tema is a city on the Bight of Benin and Atlantic coast of Ghana. It is located 25 kilometres (16 mi) east of the capital city; Accra, in the region of Greater Accra, and is the capital of the Tema Metropolitan District. I was in Ghana for 2 weeks to teach and Shadrack took me around the area. I saw a ton of crocodiles, went to the botanical gardens which was fascinating as it had more trees than flowers. Not sure if it was the time of year or what. Probably my favorite was visiting the waterfall and going to Kakum National Park.

The entire trip, from beginning to end, was superb. Communication was seamless, the attentiveness of all staff members was exceptional and the itinerary was amazing. Our tour guide, Fuseini, was so amazing. He made sure that we remained safe and took very good care of us. Fuseini went above and beyond for the entire group. Sammy was an amazing driver and kept us safe at all times. This tour company had excellent service and I would most definitely recommend them and work with them again!!! I would 110% recommend them to anyone hoping the experience Ghana in an authentic and enjoyable manner.

Snaking through the Akwapim hills, this tour will expose the different botanical names for different species and their medicinal purposes to the locals. Duration is 1 hour. Stop At: Boti falls It a twin waterfall located in a town called Boti in Manya Krobo in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
