7 Bowling Alleys in Sydney That You Shouldn't Miss

July 10, 2021 Roger Rusk

Sydney offers plenty of historical and contemporary Australian flavor. The marvelous Sydney Opera House looks like a great origami sailboat, floating peacefully in a harbor. Wander the narrow cobblestone streets of The Rocks and then take in a street performance on the Circular Quay before heading into the Museum of Contemporary Art. The views from the Sydney Tower Eye observatory are epic – use this chance to get to know the layout of the city from high above.

We had an incredible night with Shann she was fabulous. Highly recommend this place. We came in for the escape room and stayed because of the fantastic service she provided. We will back in a few days for a karaoke night because she made us want to come back. The escape room was a blast, there is tons of interactive parts of the room for everyone to enjoy.

Strike Entertainment Quarter

The first Sydney Strike opened its doors in the heart of Moore Park's Entertainment Quarter (formerly known as Fox Studios) in 2008. This mega-venue was the biggest and most ambitious Strike to that point and featured the first Strike Laser Tag arena. The perfect evening is right here! Kingpin Bowling

Kingpin has it all - the Bowling, the laser tag (need a group), the arcade games, and Virtual Reality. The staff are exemplary - with a special shout out to Tanguy (I presume from France) who is a superstar with the kids. Food is good (better than one would expect from a bowling alley) and service great. Recommended.

Kingpin North Strathfield

It’s amazing what you can achieve with a bowling ball and an old biscuit tin! North Strathfield has received a right royal makeover – it is now officially a Kingpin and probably the coolest hangout you’ll find in the Homebush Bakehouse Quarter. After work, or after play: Sportsbar, Cocktails, VW Combi Bistro-Café, Room 300 - a private event space with its own bowling lanes… and that’s before you start on Bowling, Laser Tag, Playtime Arcade games, Karaoke and Pool Tables. It’s hard to pass up for a night with colleagues or the crew.
