Reviewed By PrinciFGLa guest house è molto carina, in tipico stile di montagna, si trova su un versante della montagna davanti al monastero (che però non è visibile dalla struttura), le camere sono arredate molto bene, grandi e con un bel balcone dove rilassarsi. Si parcheggia difronte alla casa. La struttura fornisce la colazione a 30 lei, tipica rumena, non c'è bollitore in camera. Per la cena bisogna andare fuori, noi siamo andati all hotel accanto (2 minuti a piedi) dove abbiamo avuto una delle migliori cene del nostro viaggio in Romania. Il proprietario è molto gentile e simpatico, la signora un po' sulle sue appena siamo arrivati, poi fortunatamente il giorno dopo a colazione si è sciolta e si è dimostrata disponibile. Bellissimo soggiorno!

Camerele foarte curate si noi. Privelistea super. Mancarea extraordinar de buna! Personalul super amabil iar preturile avantajoase.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Reviewed By RRoxana19Do not stay in this place unless you want to be asked to leave in the middle of the night. the owner of this place is the rudest person we've ever meet. long story short, we have been asked to pay for our stay in advance and we did not have problem in doing so, however when asking for receipt and invoice for payment he had tried to give us a till receipt that had a different date and time to our arrival date. the "receptionist" refused to issue a new payment receipt claiming that he doesn't know how to use the till or the computer. therefore, we have advised the "receptionist" that we will be paying on departure and he had accepted to give us the key for the room. however, on our return from dinner at 10pm we were approached by the so-called receptionist (most probably a cleaner) who had told us that his boss (owner) said to take our luggage and leave. anyone will be shocked on hearing this at 10pm and I have asked for the owners no. so we can ask why. I do not have words to describe the behaviour and language he had used while telling us to leave. he was threatening us while continuously swearing that if we do not leave right there, he will be there to "sort us out". I do not understand how someone can invest so much in this premises and have such low customer service. it is shocking. I do not recommend this place at all.
