Reviewed By Al KWe definitely like this place. Clean, great vibe, great staff. We opened for a larger king room. It is very comfortable. Keep in mind, this place is not on the lake. It is across the street. And there are great restaurants walking distance. The lobby area has a nice hang area with 5 local taps. A nice touch. There are outdoor fire pits and indoor fire places to gather near. Tess and Jenny at the front desk were so helpful and had great recommendations on where to walk/hike and where to eat. We would recommend this place.

No Response to Text Messages for Checking In - SLEPT OUTSIDE IN MY CAR!!!
Reviewed By hostel_loverAfter booking on hoteltonight.com at least 24 hours prior, I received no communication from the hotel regarding the check-in process. When we arrived after hours, there was a sign with a number to text for checking in so we texted and waited, and waited, and then called the front desk number, texted again, called Hotel Tonight and finally texted again in total desperation. I received no help from anyone and ultimately ended up sleeping in my car with my family and dog and huddled together for warmth in the freezing temperatures on New Year's Eve. To this day, there has been no acknowledgement from the hotel to my text messages. We were in such desperation that when another guest came back to their room and saw us, they offered us water, bathroom and their cell phone number in case we needed to warm up. Yeah, that bad!!!! I read the previous reviews but I'm pretty easy and flexible and figured - "how bad can it be?" A downright horrible nightmare if you can't check-in!!!! Don't use Hotel Tonight for booking and don't stay here! Learn from my mistake and the mistakes of all the others. Trust the bad reviews.

Reviewed By Z414Great location, horrible customer service. We've been here four nights. Our tire blew on the way up, and as it's a holiday weekend, nowhere by the lake could get us new tires before late on Tuesday, when we are scheduled to leave. Worse, it's now snowing. As the holiday weekend is over, the hotel is now clearly empty. We asked to extend our stay, and our room is booked tomorrow, which is understandable. When we explained our situation asked if they could help us out and accommodate us elsewhere, the front desk staff was wholly unsympathetic, and told us we had to leave our room by 11am, put all our things and our two young kids in our car that we currently cannot drive, and wait until 4pm until getting another room, and insisted there was no wiggle room in that, and didn't seem remotely interested in helping us. I would probably feel less angry if she had at least pretended to be sympathetic! Given the great access to a sledding hill, small ski hill, lessons and a heated pool, I could have overlooked the overpriced dingy outdated rooms and no housekeeping services and would have come back. But it's hard to want to now.

Reviewed By julielovesparisPleasant enough for two nights. Room very clean. Roku tv confusing after figuring out how to hook up phone to stream shows could not get live tv to return. Reported it to the front desk on check out. Upstairs occupants noisy at midnight and beyond no phone in the room to ask someone for quiet . Parking lot full of frozen ice don’t they make snow blowers to clear snow before it turns to a mound of ice??? Plus is the location you can walk to a great restaurant Jake’s behind the motel and shopping is very close. Motel next to Safeway and Subway and a coffee house.
