Okay middle standard hotel, but some of the staff needs to learn English and to smile and be friendly
Reviewed By Tore LI stayed in room 112. The room has no air condition, which some of the other rooms have. The staff was not willing to offer me a room with an AC, although I asked one of the female receptionists for that. She didn’t speak much English and she had not learned to smile and be friendly and service-minded in her job. Actually, I had paid for a double bed, but got a single one. I notified the grumpy female receptionist about that, but she claimed that I had got the room standard I had paid for. Room 112 is located nearby a road with heavy traffic. The worst noise, however, comes from the neighbouring room, because the isolation between the rooms are bad. In the first breakfast I had there (July 30), the staff gave priority to a Polish travel group. All the best tables where reserved for them. Almost no tables available for the other guests. Not all was negative. Except from the grumpy female receptionist, the rest of the (male) staff was helpful and friendly. 10 minutes walk to to the old market square, where I found a nice Italian restaurant. Swiebodzin is a charming small, old city not much destroyed during the war. Also a short cab ride to the very interesting “Festungsfront Oder-Warthe-Bogen” - a German fortification system from the 1930s and 1940s.

Reviewed By Samuel Dbad hotel, rude staff, if you do the dinner and lunch menu the kitchen is always the same, broth and chicken, breakfast is embarrassing, I strongly advise against anyone to come to this bad hotel, I have been here for work and it is been hell!!!

Reviewed By debbie dWe had a lovely stay here at this hotel. Staff especially made our stay. They were very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely. We were opposite the large statue of Jesus which was a tourist attraction. 24 hours Tesco was also next to the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Reviewed By JimGilmourI have never been to prison but this is what I feel would be the closest to it. I checked in and got the fright of my life with the room and it’s steel door. Amenities exceptionally basic. Best thing was the water pressure from the shower. Staff very pleasant indeed.
