Pool und Gartenanlage ungepflegt, Wohnung in Ordnung
Reviewed By 142hartmutpLeider gab es hier seit fast 2 Monate keine Hausverwaltung. Inzwischen (Stand 10.8.21) ist eine da, hat aber weder Zugang zur Wasserfilteranlage für den großen Pool noch Gärtner im Einsatz. Folgen: die Blühpflanzen inkl. der schönen Orchideen verdorren. Wochenlang haben wir und der Eigentümer einer Wohnung hier abwechselnd 2 Stunden am Tag die Pflanzen Gewässer. Das haben wir inzwischen eingestellt, da wir das nicht als die Aufgabe von zahlenden Gästen betrachten, auch wenn es uns um die Pflanzen Leid tut. Noch viel schlimmer ist der Zustand des eigentlich tollen Pools. Da die ehemalige Hausverwalterin angeblich die Schlüssel zum Pumpenraum mitgenommen hat und nicht übergeben will an die neue Hausverwaltung, ist die Filteranlage inzwischen seit 4 Wochen abgeschaltet! Seit ca. 2 Wochen werfen an 4-5 Tagen pro Woche 2 Poolreiniger kiloweise Chlorpulver in den Pool und saugen den Beckenboden ab. Ohne Sauerstoffzufuhr durch Wasserumwälzung ist das allerdings nur ein Provisorium. Dafür stinkt es in der ganzen Anlage teilweise erbärmlich nach Chlor. Unbegreiflich, dass die Eigentümergemeinschaft nicht in der Lage ist, hier für Ordnung zu sorgen, sprich die Herausgabe der Schlüssel durchzusetzen, schnellstmöglich den Gartenservice wieder aufzunehmen - dafür braucht es ja noch nicht einmal Schlüssel, sondern lediglich Personal - und die Anlage so seit Wochen täglich mehr verkommen lässt. Wenn man auf die zeitnahe Öffnung Thailands für Geimpfte Gäste hofft, sollte man doch alles tun, die Anlage in Schuss zu halten... Unsere Wohnung ist schön, hat Poolblick und unser Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier gibt es die volle Punktzahl. Ebenso für die Freundlichkeit der Reinigungsdamen und der Security.
