Reviewed By AishaTheExplorerI only stayed in this hotel for one night, so I didn't get to take advantage of the pool or the hotel breakfast. However, this place was super clean, in a good location and the staff was friendly. The hotel was super quiet despite looking like it was fully booked. There are nearby gas stations and stores that can be walked to or driven to.

Our beautifully appointed all-suites hotel is here to serve you. With guest suites nearly double the size of standard hotel rooms and complimentary amenities such as an expansive hot buffet breakfast, dinner with beer and wine served Mon-Thurs, internet, shuttle service within 5 mile radius and parking. With all the inclusions, the value of our hotel cannot be beat in the area. We are close to Malibu, Calabasas, Thousand Oaks, Westlake VIllage and Ventura.

Privacy doesn’t exist
Reviewed By rdubmuThe front desk gave my key to somebody else, room 130. Very embarrassing event happened when they checked into my room at 1:30am. I was on the bed in my underwear. I’ll never stay at another Sheraton again. Sheratons are just aging hotels with bad service. I am so upset.

Reviewed By John TThis was clearly a new property, and had lots of nice features: spacious bathrooms, comfortable bed and furnishings, good HVAC control, and chargers for an Electric Vehicle. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. Friendly service throughout. Great stay.

I sent in a survey directly to the hotel in may a negative survey, updated today before I filed my amendment taxes in a survey. I wanted to know when my patience will pay off. Horrifying, unpeaceful, door lock outs, spoiled people. Guests should be screened before entering into hotel reservation. The guests were not corrected but encouraged to continue, so unpeaceful, so uncomfortable, and 159.oo a night, they don't care, they collected 2400.00, flight and 4104.00 Because I had no were to stay. So I have them a few individuals who are in the survey. It's was negative, Declaration.SSAF/76/GA.
